Associate professor in social work
Participation is one of the major strands when it comes to understand young people’s societal position and links to questions about inclusion, learning in formal and non-formal ways and capacity recognition and enhancement.
In several research projects I have been occupied with questions about youth participation, mainly in respect to youth work and youth centre activities but also in analyses of Swedish policy and legislative formation on youth affairs.
