The PARTISPACE team in Turkey has conducted two action research projects with young people in Eskişehir.
Handbook for youth workers
The action research project has been based on a wish from youth workers in Eskişehir for preparing a handbook and organizing a training camp programme for prospective youth workers. Between 18-21th May, 2017, the training programme was carried out in Turunç, Marmaris with 23 participants (aged between 18 and 30) from different cities of Turkey. After evaluating the outcomes and feedbacks of the training programme, the handbook will be revised and finalised.
Solidarity with refugees
“Solidarity with Refugees” was a 4-week action research project lasted throughout February 2017.It tried to tackle the integration problems of Iraqi refugees in Eskişehir and aimed to organize activities with the participation of refugees.
